You are requested to please do the needfull in the corruption which is at peak in M/s.RAJ FLAME at main NAZAFGARH ROAD, UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110059, their is lot of corruption in that agency :
1. The never pick-up telephone even after bell ringing and if we try again then the phone kept coming busy.
2. They always says that the shortage of gas supply and their Supplier give cylinder @700/- any time you wanted.
3. If you are lucky to book the gas then the delivery of cylender comes after 15-20 days that also less in weight. We can't argue with them because then the supplier would delay the supply again.
4. The staff of agency does'nt have the behaviour of how to talk with the customer, they always think that they are doing favour, because they are speaking with us.
you are requested to please look into the above mentioned complaint and do the needfull as soon as posisble because only in this agency their are such problems otherwise all other nearby agency are very good with their supply and picking up phone.

RAJ FLAME — Gas Booking and Delivery
Sir,They does not pick up the phone after ringing. I have to go there to book my cylinder but every time this is not possible for me. They deliver the cylinder after 10 days from booking. This time I have booked my gas thru tomo no. 1260 on 15/01/2009 and booking no. is 2 but till date I have not received it. Today once again I have booked my gas thru tomogas.com and my booking no. is 12.

I have booked a cylinder (indane gas) on 18th March 2009, vide booking no. 7099, but till date haven't got any response regarding the supply of the cylinder nor the cylinder. Also it was noticed that the cylinder was filled with gas with water, which was notice upon using the cylinder.
For the last one week, I do not have the gas and have to purchase the gas @ Rs 500/- per cylinder from black market of indane only.
You are requested to look into this matter and take appropriate action against the distributor and keep the customer interest/faith on Gas Provide like you.
RAJ FLAME — Negligence and Corruption
Dear Sir/MadamI would like to inform you that our Gas distributors M/s.RAJ FLAME at Nazafgarh Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059, never picked-up their phone even after trying thousand of time, their phone bell rings one and on next try phone comes busy. They always keep phone on hold. I have to take leave of half day specialy for booking at their office. Their is lot of customer around at office always shouting on them for not booking on phone or other grievence. If we buy Gas cylinder from their VENDOR they are always ready to give cylender @ Rs.700/- at any time even in the night. Their manager is like deaf person who cannot hear anything.
You are requested to look into the matter and take a action against the corruption and negligence in the M/s.RAJ FLAME.
RAJ FLAME — non delivery of gas cylinder
my consummer No. SRF6415 I have booked the for refilf of gass cylender on 12/08/2010 booking no. 32 and remind for more time the booking is cancelled by agency when I will visited at agency they told me pl. book by phone on line booing on tel. No. 011-1260. this no is receiving more time no proper responding. this no agains proving the booking no 19 on 24/08/2010.
