[Resolved]  Raj Yamaha — Poor Attitude and Poor Service

Very Poor in commitment and attitude I gave my vehicle for service and even after 4 days they have not done any service. Its just a general service, not specific complaint. I do not understand why they keep the vehicle for more than 4 days. Even then they are not able to disclose whether it is done or not. Today when I called them, they have cut the electrical supply to the head light while replacing fork cone, and it is delayed because the cone set was not available.
They do not have a proper phone number to reach the service department. To reach service department I have to go through 5 different call forwards.
Pathetic Service for Customers and their Vehicles
