[Resolved] Rajesh Travels — Incorrect Information & Mis-Guiding | |||
The experience with Rajesh Travels and Kaleshwari travels is horrifying. Their punctuality is pathetic. The support staff in the bus and in their offices are hopeless. Their attitude towards passengers is pathetic. We have missed the bus twice because of the confusion created by the staff in their offices. They are very rude when talking to people and have always tried pointing the mistake towards the passenger and do not seem to have any intention to correct the way they function. The latest incident was on 16th July, 2010 for my travel from Bangalore to Guntur. The staff in the office mis-guided on a lot of information (like exact pickup point, time etc) and I missed my bus in spite of waiting at the suggested pickup point for 2 Hrs. The staff had been mis-guiding me on every call I made in those 2 hours trying to check about the status of the bus. Was this information helpful? | |||
