On SMS booking facility we tried to book the gas refil on 07/12/2011. We had feedback on SMS delivered.Till 12/012/2011 no gas was delivered. The Land line no. of the company[protected] which is normally busy was possible to contact after 4 tries in the interval of 15 minutes.The lady who responded on the phone said the cylinder is not booked till 12/12/2011.It was booked by her after requesting.Now it is 20/12/2011 , we are yet to receive a gas refill. Now it the time that our other gas refill which is being used is almost getting emptied.Thus we will be requiring 2 gas refills.This has been recurrent problem with the agency almost far last 7/8 months.The agency has stopped sending return sms conveying the waiting no. for gas refills. At least 2 times we have approached you in this regard.Please help.

Raka gas Agency — Delivery of the Cylinder
Raka Gas Service have the worst delivery service. I booked thegas before 02/08/2011 and it was scheduled to delivered on Saturdays and Sundays only (preferred Timings). But these guys showed on 17/08/2011 which falls on Wednesday. The door was locked and as a result delivery guys went back. I personally went to Raka Gas and asked them as why this happened on 20/08/2011, they apologized and said they will be delivering the cylinder on 21/08/2011 which was Sunday. I gladly accepted their apologies and expected them to show up on Sunday, but that never happened. I called up Raka gas on Monday and asked as to why they did not deliver on Sunday and this time they again promised me that they will send the cylinder on Saturday - 27/08/2011 for sure. I went to Raka Gas again personally on 27/08/2011 to make sure the cylinder is delivered and they promised that they will send the cylinder for sure. I sat the whole day waiting for the cylinder to come but these guys never showed up. Look at the time lines, it is more than 20 days and still there is no sign of the cylinder. I guess we will require another Anna Hazarre to straighten up you guys for giving distributor licenses to agency like Raka Gas who are fit for nothing and who creating all sorts of nuisance to consumers. Hope you guys take some action on this agency so that they don't create such inconvenience and get my cylinder delivered immediately.
