Raka Gas Agency — The agents are not picking the phone

Hi, I am NRI from past 2 years and want to return my Bharat gas cylinder and get the clearance from the Raka Gas Agency, Chinchwad Pune so that I can transfer the connection to my home town later. I am planning to come to India on 28th March (Saturday) and get the clearance done on Same day. But the agents are not even picking up the phone. I am trying these numbers 27472255, 27472250, 27472220, 27472210. My queries are: A) Does Raka Gas Agency, Chinchwad open on Saturday. If so till what time is the working hours? B) Will they consider my application for surrendering the gas cylinder and give clearance for transfer on Saturday? How much time it will take? C) What documents I need to submit? D) Do I need to pay anything? If so how much? E) Can anyone submit the documents on my behalf?
