we have purchase a flat (c-7) at satyatriveni co op ho society, nr Shalby hospital, prahlad nagar, ahmedabad ower of flat Mr Lalit Bhagwan Vidhani, CA by profetion, did BANA KHAT with u, we paid 5 lac by cheque. he has not submit title clear certificate and other documents for loan, property prices going up he try to sold property to other without our notice, as soon as we come to know talked to that party and deal stoped. than he sold property to other party (mumbai base). we request him to pay back my money he is not doing so. we have given leagal notice to him which address was wrong than we send leagal notice by e-mail and copy to his other address (we found from internet). he is not lifting the phone address is not confirm what to do...
