Please help me on this.

I am Rakesh Sharma, I joined B.E/part time - 2010, But i unable to continue my studies due to my company projects, I got transfer letter to UK.

So that I have produced my discontinue letter to Administration on 14-Apr-2010.
but they are didn't give my TC.

They are not giving a proper response when i spoke to them.

Still i am waiting for My TC.
