[Resolved]  Rakhisonline.com — Liars

Hi, I had ordered 2 Rakhis and a box of sweets from Rakhisonline.com for approx Rs 1500 on the 7th of Aug. On the 11th of Aug I got an email that my order had been dispatched. Until the 19th of Aug, my Rakhis had not got delivered. So I called up the courier copmany - Aramex, through which they had sent my courier. I came to know that my parcel was on hold, as the destination where I was trying to send my Rakhis too, does not fall under their area of service. Hence they will not be able to deliver the courier. I then called up at the only number given on Rakhisonline website and a lady picked up the phone first and she asked me to give her time until evening. Then I called in the evening again, a man answered the phone. I asked him why did he send the order thorugh Aramex when they dont have services in the location where I want to send the Rakhis. He said that it was his mistake and that he will send my courier again, through Blue Dart right now and it will reach by 20 Aug evening. I even told him to send me an email confirmation once he dispatches my order. But he did not send any. On 20th Aug I called him again, and he said that the Rakhis have reached their destination and now courier boy is taking them to the address to be delivered. By 21 of Aug - the day of Rakhi, the Rakhi had not reached. I have been trying to call at the only number given on the website - [protected], but the mobile is switched off. What is point of delivering Rakhis once the festival is over. And now their phones are switched off. Very poor quality of service has been provided. There is no accountability or responsibility involved in the work they are doing. They are acting like cheats.
