Dear Sir
I have given order in rakhisonline.com a rakhi to my brother to deliver at USA. Upto now he didnt received any rakhi and no communication from the rakhisonline.com even after the complaint. After I placed the order I got the confirmation mail. Later I didnt received any mail from the rakhisonline.com. Their phone is switched off. I Spent Rs.1805/- The mail is as follows:

Dear sir,
I placed an order for rakhee for my brother in US on 2nd aug 2014.Rakhee was supposed to reach him latest by 8th aug. It did not reach him and no one is responding to my emails at Rakhisonline.com .I seems it is a fraud company .I want action taken against them as they have played with emotions .This is pure cheating .PLs take harsh action against them

I had order the online Rakhi from there website on the 16-Aug-2013 and selected the date of delivery 19th-Aug-2013 .
No where they have mention this that delivery date is not a fix date for delivery .When I phone them first the call was attended by a girl she was too rude on phone shouting telling me its not a fix date can be send anytime and in India rakhi in on 21 so its not a big deal and saying she is Indian and knows things well not...

Rakhisonline.com charged INR 1400 for a Rakhi order wich they never delivered. The website is not working now. the contact details dont exist. This is a fraud company. the tracking number they gave is invalid....
