[Resolved]  Ram Raja Indane Gas Service Jhansi — not a good delivery of refill booking

I m customer of indane gas ram raja indane gas service jhansi.my consumer no.r-1362.distributor code no.15015327.I had been booked one refill on 11th july 2008 my booking no. is 1362 still i did not get my refill cylinder.please take a legal step against distributor.I will be higly obliged of company
