Ram survey — Not making payments since last 2 months after making payment request

I have 7 accounts on ram survey ,, i made payment request but i did not get anything from them even if they are continously sayinng site is down for update and all... i mean what i this... they dont even published their contact number on site only email is there... when i send email i dont get any reply ...

they have just took all my money from account because its not showing ,,, i mean this is all fake ...

I really need solution or i m going to make PIL ...

I have joined Ramsurvey in march
they promised that you should fill online survey and we would pay you accordingly
but they dint gave me a penny
for joining them i pais rs 3500 as joining fees
