yesterday on 27th sep 30 rupees debited from my mobile balance then i call to customer care and got back that amount.and again today 100 rupess debited from my balance even though i not subscribe any callertune.now its not connected to customer care to talk n to get back back my amount .So please take my complaint and don't repeat this type of things again because every time is not easy for us to call you to ask to retrive the balance.Please consider my complaint and retrive my balance Was this information helpful? |
