I bought a Asus HD 5450 Graphic card and it was not working(blue screen error), so I have return it in Asus Service center on 15-Oct-2013, and "DIGICOMP COMPLETE SOLUTIONS LTD" given a Credit Note for the same on 08-Nov-2013 and asked me to get the replacement from Rashi Branch of Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh(After lots of phone calls and several visits to the service center, finally after 23 days).
When I spoke with Rashi Branch Rajahmundry they deny to provide the graphic card based on the declaration given by Digicomp, and they are asking me to wait since they have to receive a approval letter from Rashi Office, Mumbai.
It has been 5 days and the person in Rashi Branch is asking me to wait and shouting at me for requesting for a replacement again and again.
I don't have any Idea on where to contact to get my Graphic Card, I am in a confusion that, I may not receive my Graphic Card at all, since there is no one to track this whole process and no one is there to contact other than Rashi Branch, Rajahmundry.
