[Resolved]  Rashi peripherals — Mother board under warrenty not repaired since 3 months.

I bought an Asus mother board(M2NPV-MX)
it got a display problem under warranty and i submitted in rashi peripherals, Lucknow branch.
They took around 2 weeks and gave me a replaced m/b M2NPV-VM which also had "USB" problem.
Then i complained of it.
Then they submitted that also and took around 1 month and given me a board which again also had a problem of restart even after it was marked 'OK Tested'.
Then now in the Dec 2007 i submitted that board they said there is problem in my system even after many other m/b running ok on my system.
Then i took my system there and they cheched m/b on there own system and there was also fault in their m/b.
I talked to the manager for this he also was not ready to accept their fault.
After so many replacement still am having a faulty m/b.

I purchase Asus 210 silent 1GB DDR3 PCI Graphic Card. Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd., The problem in card HDMI port not working, I Deposit the card in Digicomp Complete Solution Ltd. on[protected] after 7 days I have received message from Asus (Bangalore) your card is ready for delivery, I collect my card from Digicomp Complete Solution Ltd, Nehru Place on dated[protected]. I found card S/No. which is remove from original and paste to another card, I guess the card which come replace from Bangalore had been replace in service center. I bought a Asus HD 5450 Graphic card and it was not working(blue screen error), so I have return it in Asus Service center on 15-Oct-2013, and "DIGICOMP COMPLETE SOLUTIONS LTD" given a Credit Note for the same on 08-Nov-2013 and asked me to get the replacement from Rashi Branch of Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh(After lots of phone calls and several visits to the service center, finally after 23 days).

When I spoke with Rashi Branch Rajahmundry they deny to provide the graphic card based on the declaration given by Digicomp, and they are asking me to wait since they have to receive a approval letter from Rashi Office, Mumbai.
It has been 5 days and the person in Rashi Branch is asking me to wait and shouting at me for requesting for a replacement again and again.

I don't have any Idea on where to contact to get my Graphic Card, I am in a confusion that, I may not receive my Graphic Card at all, since there is no one to track this whole process and no one is there to contact other than Rashi Branch, Rajahmundry.
