[Resolved]  Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. — Altec Lansing Audio

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Altec Lansing Computer Audio Model No.VS2621 one and half year back and it was working fine. From 08.07.2012 one small speaker was not working. I visited the website of Altec Lansing and found the service centre for Altec Lansing is Rashi peripherals. I contacted them by mail and by phone, but they said service is exclusive for the product under warranty. My product is not under warranty and I will not get any support for the same. I wanted to know why Rashi Peripherals will not provide any support to us? If they provide only support to the product under warranty then why they have not informed customer that the product they are purchasing is having service support within warranty period. Once the warranty is over, the product will in be in risk. Otherwise we have gone for some other company product. Rashi Peripherals is distributing this product in India without any service support to the customers. That creates problem to the customer and I believe without support products should not be sold.

Hope you will take necessary action to prevent our investment.
