Colourful graphics card warranty

My graphic card stopped working suddenly.
So went to the Rashi Peripherals Pvt. Ltd. service center and they passed the graphic card to the company but they rejected it. And the reason mentioned on it is said due to Customer induced damage (CID). And they damage they are specifying is burnt. My Graphic Card is under warranty. But then also such issue.
Please take this into consideration as a priority.

Replacment of Fress stock Insument

Respected Sir,
I Purchased one 2.1 Altake Speaker System BXR1121 form some dealer from Pune before 7 months ago. Now that system is repaired 3 times under 1year warenty but warenty period is completed as per company said, than I asked tham to Please give replacement for same from your fresh new stock but they not going to replace it. now system is working condition as per company said we can't replace it....
