My Name is Niraj Rai and I am working with an IT company in Hinjewadi.
I am staying in Pune frm last 1year. I transfered my Gas connection from chennai to Pune. I dont rceive the cylinder on time whenever I book. Whenever I call to Ratan gas agency they will give new date but never provide the cylinder on time always speak lies. I suffered alot because I have only one cylinder. Before 3 months I applied for 2nd Cylinder because I stay with my family and one is not sufficient but I did not get any confirmation when I will receive the Cylinder. I went there but they told still no confirmation when the Cylinder will be avilabe but at the time of booking the told that I will get the Cylender in 1 month. Please help me to resolve this Issue.
