[Resolved]  Ration Card — Delay in proceding of Ration card

i applied ration card sep 2008, my token frant and back NO issue ration card but no information about my token.what am i do?

I have applied for name change, done name changed from Gazette office myself and when i have given to change the name change in Ration card to ration office (kurla ration office) they have asked me to come after one month, but after 3 to 4 visit they have not done the procedure and finally they said that they have lost the card and require 500/- for searching the same.
kindly suggest what i do?
