Sir,
I am married and i want to make new ration card and want to put my my husband and my babys name, Our both mom and dad is not ready to give our name cancelled from card . so how we can make new one.

rasan card — rashan card not make

my rasan card is cancelled & till date not make our rasan card i am a regular residence of village ashapur so pls do the needful.
