I have lost my ration card. I donot have my rationcard number. What is the procedure to get th new ration card? Please help.
Dear sir / madam,
I stayed with my parents and husband while I lost my ration card in 1999, but i am having a xerox of the same i am still searching for it in the house as if i have misplaced it some where due to personal life problems. I am sure it is not in my home & i dont get it back, also the Validity expires in 2005.
Now I am settled with my parents in different address, as I am unable to get even Application Form DO Kindly HELP me with the procedure of getting NEW ARTION CARD.
