i am mukesh tiwari my father is leaving in delhi from 20 years my fathers and my mothers name is in ration card but my name is not in ration card we have tried to put my name in ration card but the officers are not putting my name my name is in voting in delhi my name is cuted from my father village what should i do to put my mother name in ration card somebody help me
