i am staying in navi mumbai . i had married past 3 yrs before, i want to register the name of my wife in ration card .The duty officer always insulted me in front of everybody by saying that ur paper is incorrect, this has happened 3 times.
so pls help me.

I am Staying in Hyderabad at Location of Amberpet.already i have submited to Ration card Aplication form to DPL centre at vidyanagar. after 2 months Mr.Rajagopala Sir was enquered and his written on Application form issu the card.
but till now we cannot received any card.
Kindly provide me Ration card

Ration Card No. APL 25040314 — Not Received the Original Card after amendment
Dear Sir,This is to inform you that I have submitted my application no.A-176196 alongwith Original Ration Card apl 25040314 on 30th May 2009 to change the owner name from My Father Shri Nanak Chand to My Mother Smt.Nanki and add new child name.
For your kind information without ration card the shop keeper Uchit Dar Dukan No.2504 is not give the alloted ration.
It is passed around 150 days, we are belong to poor family, we are surviving for food.
We request you please take necessary action and instruct to shop keeper to give the ration untill we receive the amended ration card.
