[Resolved]  Ration Card — ration card not issued till date

Dear sir

I applied new ration card on 05/11/08 at sriperamdur taluk . with all my orginal document . Till date they have not give any response . I tracking with my acknowledgment . no one giving any proper status .I hope and request you to getting my humble grievance .Request you to guide me below mention my grievance .

i lost my ration card 30/11/2005.i dont have ration card xerox also.I applied new ration card on many times at trichy taluk . with all my orginal document . Till date they have not give any response . I tracking with my acknowledgment . no one giving any proper status .

sir i am ramesh studying in inter 2 nd year i want the ration card xerox to apply income certificate i have no more days left so please arrange my xerox copy i am sending my application number 720603

i am apply a new ration card 29.07.10 in trichy taluk. i am submit all document. till date they have no response. my application number is 2032. pls verify and give me a ration card.

I got the Ref No on November 2012.
