I had applied for new ration card on 02.03.2009 vide pettition No.1234 along with my name removed certificate and property tax copy, my son birth certificate and my wife name removed certificate all are correct. kanchipuram district. sri perambathur circle, chinnakoluthuvancheri village e.v.p. prabhu avenue, 4 / 924, Barathiyar street, Name Sankar. I asked several time in this regard but they are telling that your pettition not sent. help me to get the ration card.
