[Resolved]  Ration Card — two years delay in getting ration card

sir,

i had applied for a ration card on 2006 october in civil supplies office, Chennai, T Nagar. till now they didn't even come for enquiry. when i enquired they asked me to submitt deletion of name from parental card. what is the problem there is our parents also don't have ration card, so the official won't give that certificate also...what should i do...please give guidelines to get a ration card...because that is the main document to be asked whereever we go.

So Help me in this issue.
