I need to add my spouse & my child name into ration card.
I had applied six months before for the same.
I was told that they are busy in Census 2011 work.
Now they told me my application form itself is lost,though I have Acknowledgement intact. Was this information helpful? | 
I have registered with APOnline, Sri Ganesh Communications, Ramantapur, Hyderabad for "CHANGE OF ADDRESS" by paying Rs. 43/- on 05/02/2011, but till date my request has not been solved, which is not at all desirable.
My details are:

I request concerned authorities to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
