Hello, I applied for a ration card for me and my wife in the Suvidha center, Amritsar on 22-05-13 having token no. 57701 / 2013.Our names were deleted from our parents ration cards and documents were attached along with the application form. Even that the staff at the suvidha center said that if i submit a photocopy of the registry of the house in which i am living, which is on my father's name, the process would become much faster and i submitted the same expecting fast processing. The due date for delivery was 03-06-13 but i have not received any message from them. The excuse they are making is that the staff is not complete due to summer vacations. Kindly help.
