[Resolved]  Ration Card — Blacklisted the Ration Card

Hi, Please guide me the get the ration card back.. below the details..

we got the new ration card in 2009. we lived in rented house in Thiruvanmiyur. End of 2009 we shifted to perumbakkam, we got the sugar, and atta from Thiruvamiyur shop only. when we thought to change the address in the ration card, they said the card is block listed. Since we were not living in the address mentioned in the ration card address.

Please let us know, what's the procedure to get the ration card back...
