hi sir, i staying in virar with my parent by rent base. we have one more room in dadar, this room is under construction, my ration card was cancelled, i want to renewal my ration card, i went the ration card office & applying that time the officer said, " whenever u get room that time u apply for ration card., is it ok with me? how to get my new ration card, & which address mention in form, pls suggest me.
