Respected Officer,
I have submitted the ration cards of my family to get them changed, as they got mutilated at the Kolkata Ration office on 3.2.11.
I have visited there for more than 4-5 times.
I am a student of B.Com, and missing my college and visiting them for so many times is hampering my studies.
I would be highly obliged i[censored] would help me to ease this situation.
