[Resolved]  RBS — unfair practice by RBS Credit Card division

i was using RBS Credit Card whose no is [protected] on the name of manoj sikarwar for the duration of approx 4 yrs and without any issues and I was paying complete usage charges but I found recently that the bank after merger between ABN and RBS has started charging unnecessary financial charges, I try to make a complaint through mail and by phone, they were just replying me they cant do due to merger of bank Now the bank has started harassing me by debiting my account due to ther bank mandate sign by me for making payment Please suggest how should I handle this situation, so that the bank can verify all the details and get all the unnecessary charges cleared from my account...

Now i feel RBS dont want to take care ABN amro Customer and they try to throw the customer
