[Resolved] RBS — unfair charges deducted on monthly basis | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was having a salary a/c with RBS (earlier called ABN-AMRO) from feb'2005,for that they have given me two a/c no.1078892/1078893 as the salary & reimbursement a/c. and when i switched my job to the next company in may 2008, they transferred both the salary & reimbursement a/c to saving a/c and about the charges they have said to me that i have to keep Rs.15,000 in any of the account on the average basis, so as per their instruction I’ll keep more than Rs.15,000 in a/c no 1078892 on average basis. But now they are stolen my harden money of Rs.551 in every month ( Dates are 12th may ,12th june & 10th july 2010) as service charges for not keeping the balance in my account no 1078893 and also sweep that money from my first a/c (No.1078892) because it's linked with the same customer id without giving me any information regarding this and when i was trying to contact them, they were not entertaining me, so finally i closed both the accounts on 10th july 2010. Please help me regarding the issue and give me the favour to get my money back from these people. I shall be highly obliged to u.
