JAHA TAK PRODUCT KI BAT HAI ISSE SASTA AUR ACHA PRODUCT KOI DUSRI COMPANY NAHI DE SAKTI, YAH REALLY DESH KO SONE KI CHIRIYA BANANE KA ABHIYAN HAI, MAI CHAHTA HU KI DUNIYA KE HAR ADMI KO RCM JOIN KARNA CHAHIYE.

Sir you are right, every body has it own view and he shall react as per his abilities and development.
why dont you look at it this way. Any company, institute, establishment has a theme on which it builts
but all the owners cannot go and moniter the things at very ground level. in between the chain, the people tend to commit the mistakes and at times when they have won the faith of their seniors, they tend to work as per their whims and fancies, in result there are problems created. but make a note of it that the owners when they come to know about such things happning at their down stream they do take action on it.
any company you study you will find the same thing. in your house your own wife and child tend to differ in action then what you had told them. so it is wrong to not expect such things. but it would be great if you work on it and become a reason for the desired change which shall be profitable for you.
Bring down your problem in notice of the owners and provide them all the data for what you have to say, be open to listen and understand. i am sure your problem will no more exist.
Personally saying these people grow big because they are very refine from inside. They want you to grow and in your growth their growth is taken care. so learn this and help some one to grow and see your self growing.
Quality when you talk then you should do equal comparision. And it has been seen that all good companies have every worked on inproving the quality day by day from the coustomer feedback, from their experience and research.

i am somewhat agree with pradeep, because is not fulfilling their promises. They promise that at the last of the year they provide bonus to all the distributors but they are not doing like that, 55000 rupeese is a dream to show the disrributor and make them greedy about the money, and join their business, they told us that money is distributed through lottery .that nor fair, its the chitting process if we are fullfilling all their needs and rules, and then why should we wait for the lottery or like a gambling show .and who knows or view the lottery result coming in their /juwa process. Its totally fake and a gambling with the poor people .they are making fool to poor people they are playing games with the good people . Even they published in thier book are the fake scheme dont go on it. Its products are super bakwaax dont purchasd it, and its costly to the market price . Tc chhabra is the real chitter. jai RCM to all of you .till now i ve lots of faith in rcm business. Its a good opppurtunity to earn learn and grow. Actually i ve the complain regarding its loyalty bonus plan . In may 2011 they did not distributed it well, i mean they promise to give atleast 4000 to all the members who are completing their one year in loyalty plan . they are not giving all of them these bonus .also i m disagree about their lottery system which are not correctly done. through this one man can get more benefit then the other who is working hard means
he have more point then other .it should be changed .and make a well distribution rule.

I think people who work MLM as their part or full time job..they better know the profits n losses so nobody should be bothered what others are doing ...you just need to work hard to get success in any field so avoid all the comments and work hard if you wanna earn n learn..i think RCM could be one of the source to make people financially free and learn the humanity also ..ask people who are unemployed and RCM is the source of their income..i have seen it
