I have been regularly buying RCM products since about 3 years. My RCM ID no is 31715497. During first year i received cash back amount regularly in my bank account from the RCM. But haven't received it since last 2 years.

I brought a prestige iron on my display wall ID from your RCM wonder World of Mangolpuri, Rohini, Delhi . I purchased it on 25/10/2020 Bill no./Invoice no.-1453 . But it was not working so I return it to the RCM wonder World name Bandhan RCM Wonder World of Delhi. But no solution came out so I wrote this complaint . Please solve my issue fast.

I puc holder at bangalore no.96252, i had made on line tranfer throgh imps to hdfc bank kanjur marg branch mumbai. It was eariler within 1 hour the amount is appear in my puc account, so i am able to get required rcm products from bangalore depot. Now i am experinancing after 1 or 2 days the amount appears. It is hardship to get the products immediatly and my business is getting low. Kindly address this issue. Today i remitted an amount of rs.9252/-. Pl update same then i can go and get products from bangalore depot. Since i have to travel my puc to depot is about 50 kms one side using my 2 wheeler for bringing products. Kindly help to me good business effectively. Regards.

I'm the member of RCM. Last month that is, on February 23rd, 2020, I purchased tea powder (Jiyo popular tea, 500g) from a RCM PUC dealer. The expiry date on that packet was December, 2019. But be sold me this in Febuary, 2020. I didn't notice this while buying the product. This month in March when I went to buy more products from him, I checked the expiry dates. Then, I noticed that he was giving me many products that were already been expired. And on some of the products the manufacturing date was erased. When I ashed him what the manufacturing date was, he casually says it doesn't matter and it's still good. My first thoughts were he sold the expired products by mistake. But as I observed today that there were more expired products with him and some of the products manufacturing dates were erased, then I confirmed that what he is doing is on purpose. I have noticed that he has even many expired products with him still and he is still selling them to many members from the nearby villages. I request you to enquire about this matter and cancel his dealership at the earliest.

Reason for return is
1. Supplied item is entirely different than the selected item.
2. Supplied item is damaged and very poor-quality.
3. I have paid rs. 1000 but the item cost is approx. Rs. 120 (Each shirt in our place is rs. 40)

4. Contact numbers given on the package for return are [protected], [protected], both the numbers are not working.

I have mailed around 22 times no proper reference.

Delivery partner:
There are least bother about this. They are not providing the proper phone number of the supplier. Thye is simply telling that we don't have any contact number of the supplier.

Respected Sir,
My distributor number 1075465, that was allocated to me by the above mentioned company has been cancelled or made invalid without my knowledge. I have contacted the company by emails and telephones, and have asked them to start my distributor number several times,but they haven't responded to me.The same problem was faced by my other two collegeus, but any how company has started their distributor numbers.

So,I request you to please take necessary steps against my complain and please start my distributor number as soon as possible.
