RCS — FAILURE TO RESPONSE

I REQUESTED INFORMATION ON HOW TO REGISTER MY SHOP FOR RCS APROVAL ABOUT TWO DAYS AGO I EMAILED ONE OF THE CEO AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE AS YET I WOULD REALY LIKE TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH RCS BUT IS UNABLE TO DO SO

A very valid complaint.

The present Registrar A C Verma has created impasse on the situation of allotment for 57 housing societies in Dwarka.

He has created a situation where all societies have to adopt legal channel - going to court to fight for their right.

Societies are not able to get completion certificate as DDA is not publishing Master Plan amendment relating to relaxations of parking norms, the long drawn process of getting the relaxation and hence the POC/CC has given Registrar to hide behind the new DCS rule that states that he will not consider a society for allotment until it has POC.

This is gross inconsideration on his part resulting in waste of public money and aggrieved citizens who are suffering for past 6 years.

Valid complaint

Ministry o[censored]rban development is delaying the in principal concent to the parking relaxaction of cooperative gropu housings. DDA technical comettee has approved it long ago and ministry is just sitting on it totally insensitive of public grevance.

RCS — reconciliation of account

please forward a reconciliation of the account as I need to verify when this account was paid up. We never received statements but kept on paying at a retail store whereupon the receipt shows an outstanding balance. When I queried this I was told that the account is paid up but they can't provide me with a recon indicating when it was paid up.
