RCS — POOR/NO SERVICE

I phoned RCS 3 times to request for my statement to be e-mailed to me. Each call lasted approximately 5mins plus. Is there anything specific I need to do to actually get helped? Do I need to stand on one foot, sing the national anthem & juggle 3 elephants?
When RCS collects monies due to them they are extremely persistent & diligent, but when a paying customer needs assistance, well then.... GOOD LUCK!!!
