This is Kamesh from bangalore.Actually like every one in I.T industry i was also looking for a change and one morning i got a call from RCS Technology (http://www.rcssoft.com/).I cracked interview and they even send me a date of joining and on basis of their offer letter and all documents i resigned in my current company.The day before joining they called me and told like they have some internal matter and they told me to join after 3 months and they themself suggested to join one new company.So i lost my current job n my offer with them n i was unemployeed.This RCS is not a company its a circus opened here in bangalore.Please do not join this company ever if you want to see that offer letter i have soft copy i can send you.they can screw your life at any point of time.do not join that company.they are absurd and ridiculous.Please save yourself.

Luckily i got another job.but luck dont work always.
