Reader's Digest — payment of losses

I am Saurabh Tyagi. I want to complain against Reader's Digest. i have a membership of this magazine, these guys used to deliver magazines without any proper delivery system (courier etc.) and because of this there has been a loss of 4 books in the last 5 months. each book costs around Rs. 60 so the total loss has been Rs.240 as the delivery guy or postman will just put the books in front of my main door without informing because of this the books must have been stolen. Also I pay for membership of another person as well whose name is Vijay Sharma, he is also supposed to receive Reader's Digest books on Monthly basis, but he did not get the books 5 months in row. Recently because of my complaint they have started delivering the books through proper courier service but who is going to cover up the loss of 4 books and 5 books which were delivered late and Vijay had to get the books from other channels.

Also the company which owns the Reader's Digest business is a big fraud. They have an annual sweepstakes contest for which they keep on sending the documents, those who want to participate in contest have to return the docs within stipulated time of 7 to 14 days, I have not returned a single document this year but they keep on sending me the documents, last year i took part and i used to send back each and every document as requested but now I have found out that it was not necessary at all. i kept on wasting my money in sticking the stamps and sending the docs through post all year. So kindly initiate action against this company as they have clearly cheated the consumers.
