Receiving our subscription

We have been getting the Reader's digest for over 50 years with no problems. In 2025 we did not get an Augustt/September issue. After many calls I was told they would extend our subscription because of this, We received the October/November issue. We paid our subscritpion in November and our check was cashed. We did not receive December/ January. After many calls again I was told it would be sent out in three weeks. so far we have not received...

Never Received Magazine in Paid Subscription

Reader's digest team has been worst. I subscribed (subscription no. [protected]) for one year for their magazine in July 2021 (payment reference id RDENF[protected]), but this is April 2022 and I have never ever received any magazine from their side.
I have given multiple reminders to them and at the end in March requested to return my money. They said they will give me my money only for rest of the months still they have not cleared...

Books sent which were not ordered

I have written 2 previous letters about the books you are sending to me. I did not order them. I do not want them. When I receive the books from you I write “Refused and Returned” on the unopened box and mail it back. We have been customers of Reader’s Digest for many, many years and have never had this trouble receiving unwanted items. issues with new subscription package delivery

We opted for the 2 years subscription (4th march2019), on reader's digest website and paid online.

We are very unhappy with the reader's digest subscription this time.

For the subscription copies, it took alot of efforts from me in chasing them.
We cannot reach them over customer care phone number easily.
Takes min 30mins to connect to executive and mainly its not sure you will be successful connected...

Sending the books by V.P.P-I didn't order the books.

Reader's Digest is VERY big fraud company. This company sends the books by V.P.P. without any order. And the parents of the children thinks that the books are important for their children-and pay the amount. My parents have spent so much extra cost for it. The Reader's Digest are selling the book of 50/- rs for 400 or more rupees. It is really very BIG FRAUD COMPANY....

I have emailed and called reader's digest help desk several times to start the subscription issue of two years for which I had paid 1 year back (as we paid 1 year subscription and two years back subscription simultaneously, so they withhold our two year subscription for one year and they were supposed to start it after 1 year but they never started the issuing of magazine, we only got 1 magazine of Jan 2024; they said they have limited copies and cant deliver us ... and they neither refunded our money nor delivered us the magazine. Highly disappointed with the team. I was reader digest reader since my childhood and now I have subscribed it for my kids. But now feel cheated.

    We had placed an order for Reader Digest Subscription (3 years subscription) in dec end last year (2023) and still we are waiting for their delivery.

    Reader digest is investigating with Postal department from last 15 days, but no result till now. On 26th Feb, they have asked that they will courier another copy but till now, no new despatch.

    We requested customer care to give me ur senior number or ask hiim to call. Yes sir, he will call you in 30 minutes. but we are waiting.

    if there is in actual reader digest, which i was buying 20 years ago, please feel our problem and call me back on [protected].

    Right now (-10) out of 10 in service and customer care.

        I have subscribed for RD as of last month and I am yet to receive any RD copies yet.

            I have taken subscription of Reader's Digest India magazine in the month of mid - Dec'2022 and was expecting the subscription to start from Jan'23 onwards. I paid the subscription fee of Rs.1, 299 under their anniversary offer which showed 12 issues + 6 months subscription free (Print + Digital Edition). Till date i have neither received their physical or Digital copy of the monthly book.
            On calling the contact numbers [protected] and [protected] both the numbers are not reachable and every time it just gets disconnected or there is a voice which says "Network Congestion" and the call disconnects.

            I have written to [protected]@intoday.com with details of my subscription, order number and payment details. Awaiting their revert on the same.

              In October 2022, while renewing my subscription with reader's digest i inadvertently paid twice..one online and the other by vpp. Since then i have been regularly following up with the company to get them to refund the extra amount i paid. Each time their customer care asks for account details, i provide them and then they ask again when i remind them if the refund. It's been 4 months now and my issue still hasn't been resolved by an organisation of such repute. Please help.
