I have emailed and called reader's digest help desk several times to start the subscription issue of two years for which I had paid 1 year back (as we paid 1 year subscription and two years back subscription simultaneously, so they withhold our two year subscription for one year and they were supposed to start it after 1 year but they never started the issuing of magazine, we only got 1 magazine of Jan 2024; they said they have limited copies and cant deliver us ... and they neither refunded our money nor delivered us the magazine. Highly disappointed with the team. I was reader digest reader since my childhood and now I have subscribed it for my kids. But now feel cheated.

We had placed an order for Reader Digest Subscription (3 years subscription) in dec end last year (2023) and still we are waiting for their delivery.

Reader digest is investigating with Postal department from last 15 days, but no result till now. On 26th Feb, they have asked that they will courier another copy but till now, no new despatch.

We requested customer care to give me ur senior number or ask hiim to call. Yes sir, he will call you in 30 minutes. but we are waiting.

if there is in actual reader digest, which i was buying 20 years ago, please feel our problem and call me back on [protected].

Right now (-10) out of 10 in service and customer care.

Subscribed online on 2/12/23 but am yet to receive the Dec issue.
I have a reply from the subscription dept from Chandra Mohan but its been more than a month and I still not recd the issue.
Pls help expedite delivery of the same.

I have subscribed for RD as of last month and I am yet to receive any RD copies yet.
I have tried reaching customer service several times and have not been able to connect to a customer care exec.

I applied online for a new subscription on 10 september for a year and paid 999/-.
I am attaching details of payment done,
But no confirmation of subscription received in email.

I have taken subscription of Reader's Digest India magazine in the month of mid - Dec'2022 and was expecting the subscription to start from Jan'23 onwards. I paid the subscription fee of Rs.1, 299 under their anniversary offer which showed 12 issues + 6 months subscription free (Print + Digital Edition). Till date i have neither received their physical or Digital copy of the monthly book.
On calling the contact numbers [protected] and [protected] both the numbers are not reachable and every time it just gets disconnected or there is a voice which says "Network Congestion" and the call disconnects.

I have written to [protected]@intoday.com with details of my subscription, order number and payment details. Awaiting their revert on the same.

In October 2022, while renewing my subscription with reader's digest i inadvertently paid twice..one online and the other by vpp. Since then i have been regularly following up with the company to get them to refund the extra amount i paid. Each time their customer care asks for account details, i provide them and then they ask again when i remind them if the refund. It's been 4 months now and my issue still hasn't been resolved by an organisation of such repute. Please help.

Subscription freegift with readers digest is totally defectivejeat

I have subscribed Readers Digest in Jan-2022, But I am not receiving my copes on time.

On 11/24/21, I sent ck 1396 for 1 yr renewal. Then in May, 2022, I got another renewal notice. I forgot I had sent a check already. I decided to get the large print and prepared check 1493 for $21.95. That same day I prepared check 1491 for $50 for a graduation gift and I accidentally put it in the Reader's Digest envelope and the other check in the gift envelope. My bank statement revealed Reader's Digest cashed the $50.00 check although it was not made out to them!!! That is totally illegal!!! I have written twice and received no response. Last month I got 3 Reader's digests - 1 regular and 2 large prints. Obviously, there is no coordination there of any sort at all. I am 79 and cannot keep up with this. I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED 2 MORE RENEWAL NOTICES SINCE THEN! Obviously, this should not be! I wish to cancel all subscriptions and receive my money back. I have sent 1 letter and 1 e-mail and received no response.

The Wifi music speaker supplied by you along with my subscription confirmation is defective and is unreliable Chinese product.

Please take it back and give me some book that I can at least read.

Im waiting more than 45 days, but still I didn't get my book. I'm the new subscriber and now I'm regretting for taking the subscription. After reaching out to custome care couple of time still I didn't get the copy. Please return my money. What kind of looting from readers digest it is.

Scammers trying to dupe ppl please take action

I have paid for 2 year subscription amount of Rs.1699/- ( includes a free Bluetooth speaker ) on 19th March 2022. Subscription No. [protected]

After that I started receiving numerous SMS and email saying that my entry for 1500000 grand prize was not successful and asking me to follow the link and complete the form! Fed up o[censored]nwarranted communications I wrote them and asked what was that nonsense. But they did not have any answer for that.

Then I again wrote an email asking them to give me a time frame for start sending magazine. They replied that they will deliver the magazine within 4 to 6 weeks. I specifically mentioned that in case I did not receive within 6 weeks ( which is quite long time ) I would not accept it and treat my subscription order as cancelled and refund me the amount.

Today ( May 05, 2022) even after 48 days I never received a magazine or Bluetooth Speaker and not even a message communicating whether they dispatched any magazine so far or not. When I wrote to them again only said they started dispatching the magazine but they didn't give any date or proof. Then I talked to their customer service but they too had no clue when they dispatched magazine.

Their business dealings are not in line with online sellers, collecting money and not suppling magazine in due course is offence, Govt must interfere and regularise.

Reader's digest team has been worst. I subscribed (subscription no. [protected]) for one year for their magazine in July 2021 (payment reference id RDENF[protected]), but this is April 2022 and I have never ever received any magazine from their side.
I have given multiple reminders to them and at the end in March requested to return my money. They said they will give me my money only for rest of the months still they have not cleared...

Last two year subscribed this magazine,
yet last December not subscribed but one parasol by post i am pay rupees this on cash by postman, after realize me this is a non demanding subscription i gave me.

i never single one subscription by post or courier
find out and confirm me
