Reader's Digest Select Edition — Cheating

Sir,
eventhough not going for purchase / purchase order Reader's Digest sent their (perhaps not selling) so called Select Edition which I can not purchase even in dream to me and start sending bills of the same. They also thretuned to transfer the issue to recovery department.

This type of practice which is openly fraud must be stopped and consumers should not be cheated like wise.
