A person name called Daniel : [protected] who is a fraud and he has no rights on a ONE ground land in Anna Street Vadapalani (Opp to Gandhi Nagar Telephone Exchange).
He had given a power of authority (Fake Doc) to some builder and they have constructed the house. Now none of the Flat sold yet. its been a year old apartment now. He is cheating the people there.

I was the first victim of the flat and now i have spread this fact to all the Banks,Private, Nationalized banks. now none of the banks are giving the loan to that property. Unfortunately one bank name called DENA BANK is started giving the loan to that fraud property. They have given some % to the field officer and the manager.

So, friends, please be aware of this property and spread this news to everyone.
