Dear sir,
I've recharged Rs. 550/- my friend bsnl mobile([protected]) through "recharge it now" on 24th Aug'10. But neither the mobile had been recharged nor the debited money had been refunded in my ICICI a/c from where the money was debited through net banking.
Though i've waited for more than 10 days ( approx. 21 days as on date) as per their mail they have send on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com & further also i've written one mail on 4th sept'10 but till date other than only assurance in my mail; nothing turn to be fruitful. There is also no phone nos. to communicate.
Hence i request you to take necessary action so that this type of false things unhappens.
