Refund — refund not credited into my account

Dear Sir, I have booked my tickets under PNR No:[protected],Train No:17015
for[protected] and PNR No:[protected],Train No:17203 for[protected]booked on[protected]. Both tickets were cancelled on[protected] and the same is being shown in cancellation history, but refund amount has not been credited into my on-line account no:[protected] with Bank of Baroda.Kindly verify and get the refund amount credited into my account
