[Resolved] Regal Cards — Invitation cards ordered online are not delivered

I have ordered online for wedding invitation from Regal Crads , Indore .Their website is www.regalcards.com.Payment for the card has been paid fully online through ccavenue, as direcetd by Regalcards.. Regal cards have official connections with DHL courier and CCAvenue and so their credibility was not suspected ,Even after 40 days I have not received the cards and I am getting excuses only. The person does not respond to my phone calls and emails properly . I am not sure whether reputed companies like CCavenue and DHL couriers are having business connections with fradulent comapny like Regal cards .I am now in a fix ,lost all the time before the wedding and I do not know whether I will receive the order from Regal cards at all .

I agree with these comments. Prabuddah the owner and his company are all frauds. They answer all initial calls, but once the money is transferred you do not hear from them. I must have made over 50 calls, but was told in a few emails that his cell phone does not work. How can you run a business and have your phone not work over a week, lies! Then I received emails with excuses, someone in the family is ill, printers are down, etc. I have these in emails if you need proof. He has delayed my wedding cards and was not even apologetic. I am disappointed and do not want someone to go through the mistake I did.
