I had launched a complaint related to my meter no(old[protected] which was faulty your meter man had come and changed the meter new meter no is 2360151.I had paid 5000 rs as penalty which your staff has considered as an advance payment of my electricity bill and has adjusted my 2 bill for the same.
Its a kind request to look into the matter because the fault is committed from your side
