Here by informed you that, I purchased a stunner CBF bike on 16-oct-2011 form Regent Honda showroom, Plot No. 12 a Sector 15 A Ajronda Mode 121007, Faridabad. From the first day It have some issue regarding engine ,it gives lots of smoke and after 30-35 Kms it stop running due to its spark plug, it becomes totally black and need to clean and after cleaning it only starts.
when I go for the solution, then I meet with Naveen there and he told me that it have engine issue and some parts of engine need to be changed with new one, but I don’t want any type of maintenance of my engine, because it is only 4-6 days old and covered only 405 kms. I want to change my complete product with new one. But Naveen replies that we can’t change your bike there is no such policies, if you have any further issue then contact to Mr. Girish and when I discussed my matter with Girish, he directly told me that nothing is in my hand please contact to MR Ayub khan, and when I discussed with him, he told me the same that we can’t change your bike for this please contact to our Director. And when I try to approach to Director, he was not available at his office, then I talk to receptionist that please make a call to the director I discusses my issue to him, then she just make a call to him and then director talk to me on phone, that our engineer available at our service center have no idea about this issue, for this only HONDA Engineer will check your bike and this will done on Monday means you have to come on Monday again and before this I cannot do anything, and when I try to know his name He refused, He just told me that just complaint in Honda with Name “Director “ and when I try to know his name through receptionist, she told me that I don’t know his name ,and when I ask her name, she just kept mum. And I ask her name 2-3 times then a person setting next to her told me in a very indiscipline way that “ iska naam hai …..or mera naam hai Rohtash or jo ukhadna hai ukhaad le”.
And finally then change/swap my engine with another bike engine. But still I am not satisfied by their solution and their behavior with customers. And still I Don’t have Insurance of my bike, I have only old one insurance, Now no will take responsibility if something misshapen with my bike, I want to know who is responsible for that, they told me to wait for more 25 days only after that we will provide you the new insurance, And also the way of talking of the director is too bad, I still want to change my complete product & My New Insurance.
Please rectify my issue ASAP.
