DEAR SIRS/MADAM, MY FILE NO.2 295794 / 09 SUBMITED ON 22-04-09 WITH DRAFT NO.899258 OF ICICI BANK IS PENDING.I HAVE COMPLETED THE POLICE INQUIRY & STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT, KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL & OBLIGE.

Respected Sir / Madam,

I Manish Krishna Kulkarni staying at Madhapar, Bhuj ( Kutch ) has appilied for the new passport from G.P.O.Bhuj ( Kutch ) on 29th Dec 08. After that police verification has down on19Feb 09 and my passport file no.Z 833217 /09..Then I use to check my passport status on the net every day the message was “ YOUR POLICE REPORT IS PENDING “ This was the secuation till 25th March 09 so I went to the police station to verify regarding my passport, their they said that they have already forward my passport file.
After that again I checked the status of my passport on net but the message was same “YOUR POLICE REPORT IS PENDING “ then I sent a mail to the passport officer Mr.M.D.Antani (I.P.S.) R.P.O. Ahmedabad on 25th March 09 but I didn’t receive any replay from their, so I searched phone numbers on the net of R.P.O. Ahmedabad and called on the numbers but no one is receiving the phone then I send 5-6 S.M.S. their I received a message “ This service could not be accessed currently. Please try again later “ so, I sent the mail second time to passport officer Mr. M.D. Antani ( I.P.S ) R.P.O. Ahmedabad on 27th March 09.Even this time also I didn’t receive any replay from their. So, again I checked the passport status on the net on 30th March 09 their the update was of 28th March 09 and the was same message that “ YOUR POLICE REPORT IS PENDING .“ Then I got a doubt might be police has not forward my file to R.P.O Ahmedabad. Then I went to the D.S.P office Bhuj ( Kutch ) to verify regarding my police verification file, their a responsible police officer has checked the register and gave me my police verification L.I.B. file no. 855 /09 and said that we have already forward your police verification file on 24th Feb 09 to R.P.O. Ahmedabad. He also said that now we cant do any thing for you from here that’s I am suggesting you that you go to Ahmedabad and meet directly to the passport officer Mr. M.D Antani ( I.P.S.) and give him your L.I.B file no. 855 /09 and ask him where as my file has been dispatched on 24th Feb 09 from D.S.P.office Bhuj ( Kutch) Even though why it is showing that “YOUR POLICE REPORT IS PENDING “ on the R.P.O.Ahmedabad web site? Why didn’t you dispatch my passport even after a long time been passed? After this I sent the third mail with all the details to the passport officer Mr.M.D.Antani ( I.P.S) R.P.O. Ahmedabad on 30th March 09. Even now I didn’t receive any replay neither passport from R.P.O.Ahmedabad till date i;e 2nd April 09.So now I am tired Physically, Mentally and Financially. So, long time has passed away, now I am feeling that R.P.O.Ahmedabad is not paying any attention on my problem. Because of all this problems now I am complaining to you. With this complain I am attaching the 3 mails which I have sent to passport officer Mr.M.D.Antani ( I.P.S ) R.P.O.Ahmedabad. Now I hope that atleast you will take an action on this and help me out.Looking forward for your kind cooperation.

I Manish K. Kulkarni has sublimated my passport form from G.P.O Bhuj (Kutch) on 29Dec08 my file no:Z833217/09 after that police verification has down on 19Feb09 but till now I have not received my passport in concerned to that I have sent you mail twice but there is no respond from you sir . So that's why I also went to the D.S.P office Bhuj ( Kutch) for verification regarding my passport on 30March09 but they said they have already forward my file on 24 Feb09 and they gave me my L.I.B file no: 855/09. I n concern to this as I said that I mailed you 2 times but there is no respond from you sir, so how will I know when will I receive my passport because till now on the R.P.O. web site it is showing that " your police report is pending" but where as they said they have already forward my file on 24Feb09 then how it can be possible that police report is still pending please replay me. Even today I am again attaching my previous two mail copies and looking for your co-operation hope at least this time you will respond me and take necessary action .Please help me out and send my pass port as soon as possible. looking forward for your cooperation.

I Manish K. Kulkarni has mailed u 3 days back regarding my pass port still now no respond from your side, even I tried on your site and phone numbers which are given on the site I tried all the numbers its ringing but no one is receiving so, please give the number by which I can speak to any responsible person who can solve my problem and I verified the other information even I sms on 56789 but it is showing that ( this service could not be accessed currently, please try again later) so, I tried 10 times and showing the same message, now you please tell me what to do?
I went to the police station many times but they are saying the same thing that we have sent the file on 19th feb 09 and they also said we have finished our responsibility and they if Ahmedabad pass port office people are not doing their duty properly then what we can do and they also said go to Ahmedabad .so, now you please tell me a person staying in Kutch and who has sublimated his pass port form 3 months back and whose police enquiry has been down 36 days before also down so, now a person has to come to Ahmedabad from Kutch just to collect a pass port or just for enquiry to that why his pass port has not yet received or to know the reason that why he has not received the pass port still, because your officers are not responding neither on the phone nor by sms, even I have send a Email to you for that also you have not responded now you please tell me what I should do? Please let me know what I should do further and why you people are taking so long time even I am attaching the copy of my last mail, please respond me at least of this mail hope you will understand my problem and respond me as soon as possible looking for you co-operation.

I Manish Krishna Kulkarni has been sublimated my pass port form with all the necessary documents at G.P.O. Bhuj (Kutch) on 29th December 2008, and my file number is " Z 833217/ 09" after that my "Police Enquiry" has been down on 19th Feb. 2009, still on your website it is showing that "your police enquiry is pending" where as my police enquiry has down on 19th feb 09 but till date ( 23. 03 .09) it is showing pending .I am mentally disturb and feed-up only because of the pass port, since 3 months I could not go any where and can’t do any other work, because I am waiting for the postman he can’t give my passport to any one else so I need be at home its very compulsory for me to wait at home for the passport to wait now you please explain me still how much months I need to wait for my pass port at home. Hope you will understand my problem and take necessary step .

hi,

i have filled the passport application on 21st january 2009 and today its 17th March 2009, its still not recieved to the police station for 'police report clearence'. I visited passport office in 4th week of Febraury and the consumer relationship officer told that they will process again but till date not process. I enquired to police station / head office of police station but all in vain.

Now when I gone again to passport office, they are telling to take in writing from police station that they did not recieved the file yet. then only he will follow it.

what can I do? Please say anyone.

REQUIREMENT OF ECNR STAMP ON PASSPORT FOR VISITING UAE

Dear Sir,

On 13th February 2008 I visited Passport Office Ahmedabad for getting deletion of ECR stamp from the passport of my wife because she met the requirements for ECNR including the age..

I was told by the P.R.O. that ECNR stamp has been discontinued and one can travel to any country, including United Arab Emirates, even if his or her passport has ECR stamp marked on it.

Will you be kind to confirm this?
