Dear Sir/Madam,

My parents had applied for reissue of Passport as it was expiring in December 2024. I wanted to invite them to Germany and have also initiated the visa process. Both of my parents had applied for the reissue at the same time.

My mother received her passport a month back. But my father hasnt yet received his passport, due to a small spelling mistake in the application form in his mother's surname. This has been corrected as per the customer care after numerous emails and phone calls.

However, this the status is "passport under review". The file number is : BNB[protected]. Nobody answers the calls or replies to the email. We have already rescheduled the visa appointment once.

Please help us receive my father's passport at the earliest.

With so many modernization happening, this is really frustating to see the responses from passport offices.

There was some confusion on the appointment reschedule on my application and after waiting for one hour in the line I was asked to go to another line then understanding my situation the front desk who behaved very supportive asked me to go to APA lady, it was 5 already and she was in hurry to go home she without hearing my problem started shouting over me and I politely requested her to listen to my issue but she asked me to go back to the counter then I went back to the counter and they asked me to meet the manager then manager was well behaved and explained me what needed to be done.
Such bad experience from few govt officials who think they have the right to misbehave with anyone. Such ppl should be suspended and given proper training

This is complaint is regarding not receiving any call.
This is Santosh Saboji, from Belagavi (Karnataka), I have applied for PCC on 12/04/2023 through passport online portal, I have cleared all document verification with fees and also I have cleared it from local police station (Belagavi Rural Police station), and PCC application is moved to Police Commissioner Office Belagavi and from there it cleared on 17/04/2023 and moved to RPO Bangalore.
So I am trying to check my PCC status from 20/04/2023, I have got some contact info like phone numbers and mail id of RPO Bangalore. From 20/04/2023 I have been trying to call to those numbers and NO ONE receiving, And also I have mailed regarding this but no response.
So please help me to know this

I am Numan Nayeem from Jammu and Kashmir and I have applied for the passport from Bangalore back in 2021. Since then the passport file is pending with the RPO. I have tried to call the RPO, thousand of times but did not get any response and even mailed several times. Apart from that I have twice physically visited the RPO as well. Recently when I visited I was told that we will send the reminder to your concerned CID head office in Srinagar and will let you know about the tracking id of the post so you can stay updated about it. But as said earlier no one is receiving the calls or responding to the emails.

I have also visited CID head office and they have lost the report file sent by RPO bangalore, hence making me roam from one office to another.

This Raghu raising complaint about missing our imported document which posted in Speed Post from RTO office

Our new vehicle RC card is posted from RTO office dated 19/6/2022 tracking No. EK[protected]IN (vehicle no. KA01JQ1303) in Speed Post...

But we are not received that document from speed post and we r enquired in RTO office about document, they said enquiry in near Post office only

Since past 3 months we are roaming around Galli Anjaneya ward post office and kormanagala RTO office enquiry about our document, they r not giving any information about our RC card, pls let us know the exact information about our document, it's very important document

My wife Dr Anjali with my daughter went to passport office Jalanhili, the female staff not only started discussing in another language but at the end said time over and asked her to leave. So impolite and rude she was. It's so difficult to get appointment in first place. it was simple case of reissuing passport. I thought why I came back to India, since the staff behavior is so bad here.

My name is Krunal Mehta and I have applied for passport with file no BN[protected]. This was raised in June but I couldn't complete the verification due non availability in the applied place and state Vadodara Gujarat.
So I had reapplied and repaid for new application but they rejected saying you need to close the file.

As per grievance email below, i have attached a signed document as well but havnt received reply....

The TCS person at TCS manager, is totally uneducated fellow. not even know what is the difference between given name and surname. not sure who gave the job to him. he totally bending and holding the hands Infront of granting officer . he degrading he TCS brand .

he agree whatever granting officer said. not even speak single word. he always shaking his head, what officer said. any once can check the recorded CC TV footage for...

I was not present at my residential address at the time of police verification and status was changed to Returned - undelivered. I have submitted the letter explaining why I was not present at my residential address requesting for police verification again, but no action has been taken nor has replied to my emails since then.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have changed my name legally and struggling in updating my new name with PF team, as they not helpful at all.
Always rejecting requests submitted by me after being accepted by my employer. If Name change supporting documents are also submitted to PF Office (Singasandra, Bommasandra, Bangalore & KR Puram, Bangalore) by my Employer, still they are rejecting.

I have submitted grievances around 8-9 as per my employer request along with needed documents (Gazette Notification, Affidavit and Joint Declaration Form), but nothing worked out, still my name is not changed from last 24 months, instead my bank details are removed so I cannot withdraw my PF money. Tried adding bank account details (which is already updated with new name), getting error as name mismatch.

With same Gazette Notification, Affidavit and Local news paper, I have updated my Name in my : PAN card database, Employer database, Bank database, Voter database, IT Database & Aadhar Database but for EPFO team, it is not sufficient.

Moreover, PF office phone number will work but no one will answer (mentioned in webpage), call center numbers are always busy through-out, email address mentioned in grievance and webpage are for name sake, never will get any response or expect. So no help from anywhere.

After all see this, Name change is India is Crime or People are expecting something else to complete this process. Else remaining departments didn't any issue with changing my name apart from PF team.

Finally, I fed-up and reaching to for help. Please look into this issue and help me.

I had a tatkaal appointment today. When I came here they said the system is down and I need to reschedule. The new date is next week only. What’s the point in taking tatkaal service.

I Nagashree applied for my minor passport on 5th May 2022 visited lal bagh psk. I hav provided all the documents and I have produced even my divorce certificate and asked not to put his father name on passport so they put passport on hold later I took appointment on 26th May and visited kormanagala rpo even they din accept bt baby s under solo custody and his father dnt hav visiting rights too. Finally i accepted them to provide passport along with his father name bt status shows that submitted documents along with required documents and applicable fee till now. Please do provide passport asap if possible provide only with mother name because baby doesn't knw about his father

Hello Sir/Madam,

My police verification was done on 12th June. Today is 27th June and my application status is still pending for police verification.

Police verification was done at Varthur Police station, Bangalore 560087

I have followed up with that police officer multiple times but everytime he says, you will get a message in 2 days.

I shouldn't mention here that I have also...

They created a name problem when they did a data entry mistake. Not of spelling but added my father name as surname. This wasn't endorsed in any of my other ID proofs. This name problem didn't even crop up the last four times I reapplied for passport and everything was well. This time however they are forcing me to publish this error as a name change in the newspaper Ad
(which I did) and come back for a reappointment and I was made to wait in the extremely long queue again. And they redid the entire procedure of checking all my original documents from the A counter even though they stated it wouldn't be the case during my original appointment. Reason they said was "New counters mean rechecking"
How is this fair in any regard?

All are very rude with people speaking so many irrelevant stuff personal stuff just for one small thing and instead of one small mistake of one lady employee I waited again for 1.5 hours to complete my process very in professional staff speak very hurting and rude way to people
I suggest please change few staff members in Sai arcade Bellandur Bangalore PSK except security guys no one is supportive since from entrance section till the officer
We spend so much time over there even for a simple renewal

Un professional behaviour and don’t know how to do their job properly on top of that shouting on us itself . Please change the staff over there in few counters I got horrible experience being went alone with my small kid they don’t have minimum common sense on how to speak with people very very rude behaviour and won’t even check very careless while checking the details n make us to wait for long long hours long

Dear Sir, I have paid 2995 for passport registraion process but I have not heard from the company since I paid the fees.Now I have read that the company was fake, so sir kindly reimburse me with 2995 rupees.
