I SUBMITED PASSPORT FORM ON[protected] BUT MY PASSPORT INQUARY HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED IN POLICE STATION .

I have given two reminders about two months back for dispaching the passport but the same has not been sent so far and status enquiry is always show that it is regret to send due to unavoidable delay and it will be sent within a week, s time.It is highly undesirable not tosend the same even after 9 months. I haven't get my passport even after more than 7 months, police enquiry is done. my file no. is CHDZ091941. I also deposited my documents regarding change of my name from GURSHARAN SINGH to GURSHARANJIT SINGH i:e publication in News Paper. I applied the passport through Suwida Kender Fatehgarh Sahib.
