[Resolved]  Regional Pf Commissioner, Bandra, Mumbai — Transfer of PF amount

Dear sir,

i have send the request to transfer the EPF/EPS from EPF/EPS A/C NO. MH/42857/3982 to E.P.F A/C NO.MH/39799/34257 & E.P.S.A/C NO. MH/39799/6683 on 17 DEC 2008.

What is the current status of same, i am waiting your earliest response.

Hi,

I was working for Accenture starting from Jan 03, 2005 Till Oct 01, 2007 in Bangalore office and i have joined TCS on 03-Oct-2007.

I have applied for transfer of my PF from Accenture to TCS for which, the present company (TCS) has submitted the forms to Accenture and they inturn have submitted the form to RPFC office for furtherprocessing on 20.06.2008.

I have tried calling many times for the RPFC Bandra office numbers, but there is no proper response else they will keep the line on hold for hours together, which is really worst.

I would request you to provide me the status as it's nearing 7months along with the amount deposited by Accenture on monthly basis.

What is the current status of same and when can i epxect the transfer to happen.I am waiting your earliest response.

Withdrawl of PF amount
1. I was working in GUJARAT STATE ELECTRICITY CORPORATION LTD DHUVARAN
FEB 2007 to 08 AUG 2007 & PF A/C of GSECL was GJ/9/2609.
2. I joined STEAG ENCOTEC INDIA PVT LTD in SURAT on 10th AUG2007 . My new PF account no with RPFC Bandra is MH/48384/256
3. I applied for transfer of my PF amount from DHUVARAN (GUJARAT) to Bandra, Mumbai through proper channel.
4. after long back period i don't have received any confirmation from RPFC BABNDRA regarding the PF A/C Transfer.
However i have applied again for the PF Withdrawl to GSECL DHUVARAN in DEC2008 & after his complete checking for withdrawl they found your letter reference No: MS/BAM/45384/256/GROUP-54 dated:[protected] regarding Transfer of PF A/C from DHUVARN to RPFC BANDRA.
However Now, i want same PF amount by cash from GSECL Dhuvaran, I don't want to Transfer the PF Amount of GSECL DHUVARN GJ/9/2906 to my RPFC Bandra A/C No: MH/45384/256.
You are requested to permit & same letter to be send to GSECL DHUVARN for Withdrawl of my PF Amount.

You are once again requested to send the letter of cancellation of transfer PF A/C to GSECL DHUVARAN.

I Mr.K. Sujai Kumar applied for PF and bearing PF A/C number MH/45327/82158 got a letter from PF office, stating that amount will be credited as per given ICIC account number ie.,[protected] but due to some problems my ICICI account has been closed. And cheque as been returned to PF Office, So am providing you my new SBI account details and cheque details mentioned which as been returned to PF office.
I spoken to PF office mumbai, they said that till now did not got any sort of request from our end.but i got proof that they recived aletter form company on 27/02/2009.which is stamped by PF office almost 3months completed. so please kindly look into this matter.

my last company(GSK) has submitted my eps scheme certificate form and details at Bandra Regional PF commissioner office, but after 8 to 9 months has gone and I have not got a single corresspondence.

Even I have sent a registered letter to the pf commissioner about the same, but there is no reply. I think every thing is falling to deaf ear only and the commissioner is sleeping or is working with sheeps(staff at commissioner office) as it takes to have a correspondence for 9months and more and I don't know when i am going to get a correspondence from their side .

And what will happen to the low class people who does not know all about this and work in the organisation and when retire or left the organisation they try once or twice and then forget about this.That is why the unclaimed amount at PF office is rising.What our minister and all are doing. I also suggest you all to take a Right To Information Act and file complaint against the authorities and take legal recourse against the authorities.Then only they will understand the pain and trauma the persons face after working long years and facing the problem at the PF office.

I have applied for claim of My P.F, wide No. is MH/48037/4488 which was receivied by your office on 11/4/2009 . as per infromation prvoided by your office it will take 30 to 45 days to receive the payment. but till the date i have not received my payment.

Please look into the issue & resolved the same at the earlierst.

I was an employee in V H B LIfe sciences pvt.ltd. as territory manager having the P.F. A/C NO- MH / 43343/877,left the company on the year 2005. For my final settlement of P.F accumulations & withdrawal I got letter from company with P.F settelement form,I filled it with details.But when I got letter from E.P.F.ORGANISATION,MUMBAI,MAHARASHTRA-400051 (letter ref. no[protected]/cash/20052006/BAN62/427/4930/R.L.No.-7693 &[protected]/cash/20052006/BAN62/441/5163. dated[protected] it was too late & my check has been returned from bank, beacuse instead of my account number(old no-[protected] / now new no-[protected]) my mobile number([protected]) was return their.After that i have done the followup with company & P.F office at bandra(e),mumbai with phone call & letter but no result.
There for I request from this letter to do the needfull for getting my money back.
