[Resolved]  Regional Pf Commissioner, Bandra, Mumbai — Transfer of PF amount

Dear Sir/Madam my PF a/c No. is MH/47614/7247, has applied for PF & Pension withdrawal and same has been received by PF office Bandra on 30/04/2011, for knowing the pf claim status i tried many times over the phone but not getting any concrete feedback from PF office Bandra, I want to know how much time it will take more to credit the amount in my bank account.

I already given complaint in grievance by online portal- www.epfigms.gov.in, on 12/09/2011,

Sir/Madam request to credit my PF & Pension amount earliest to my given bank account.

My PF number is MH/48037/3044-SENTHILVEL G

I have received the settlement amount through cheque in favouring SENTHILVEL.G, SAVINGS ACCOUNT NO.[protected] HDFC BANK - MADIPAKKAM BRANCH.

1. CHEQUE NO: 255956, AMOUNT RS.15, 314/=
2. CHEQUE NO: 297603, AMOUNT RS. 6, 814/=

But my HDFC Bank account was closed by bank due to some problem.

So I have opened new account in IndusInd Bank, Sriperumbudur Branch, SAVINGS ACCOUNT NUMBER - 0291 HS0035001

I have sended back my both cheques on 24/06/2010 by speed post. Ack. Number ET[protected]IN, to PF office address, Bandra, Mumbai.

I have sended mail to Prashant k Naik also, but my mail was returned.

Daily We are checking the claim status also, For past three years we are following in the PF office but we didn't get any reply.

Now we are in urgent need of Funds, So Please treat this matter as urgent and do the needful.

RPFC KANDIVALI(MALAD) MUMBAI

Dear Madam/Sir,
This is regarding my PF amount transfer from HCL Technologies, HIL Employee PF Trust to previous employer ATOS Origin, RPFC, Kandivali, Mumbai, MH/5105/4455.
As per the information received from HCL Technologies, NOIDA, (see Annexure-K attached) Amount INR 59, 216/- has been transferred from HR/5572/[protected] and HR/5572/50568 to MH/5105-A/4455, by cheque number 544747, dated 23.3.2009.

This cheque was payable to RPFC, Kandivali, Mumbai and is credited/en cashed on 20.06.2009 in RPFC.
Now as I want to transfer PF amount from ATOS Origin, RPFC, Kandivali Mumbai to RPFC, Gurgaon, Haryana account HR/GGN/28371/3197 with UnitedHealth Group, I request you to please club both the amounts viz
1. Amount accumulated from 4th Feb 2008 till 10th July 2009 from ATOS Origin.
2. Amount Transferred from HCL Technologies HIL Employee PF Trust, HR/5572/[protected] and HR/5572/50568 to ATOS Origin- RPFC Kandivali, Mumbai, MH/5105-A/4455.


Pl. send me the confirmation if the amount has been credited to RPFC Kadivali account.
Also send me the statement for year 2008 till 2011.

I was working with M/S.UNITY INFRAPROJECTS LIMITED(Prabhadevi, mumbai) from 24.4.2012 to 27.1.2014 my pf account no is MH/ 39401/7800 I fill my pf withdrawal form on 24.2.2014 & still several fall up to the company i did not received any payment from company kindly take proper action.
